A Message from the President of Denville Baseball

Hi All Denville Baseball Families,

We here at the Denville Baseball Board want everyone to know that we are still meeting and organizing in the hope that we will be playing baseball soon. The start of the season usually is April 1st. We are still holding drafts for the different divisions, organizing uniforms, etc. We have 2 more divisions to set up teams for, once they are done you will be hearing from team managers on the team you have been drafted to. You should be notified by your manger on April 1st.

We follow the direction of the COVID-19 Shutdown from the Township of Denville. The start of season will be directed by the town and our baseball board. We hope to get out to play soon. In the event the COVID-19 shutdown goes into late May or early June, (I Pray Not) we will discuss options of a short season, reimbursement or other options.

I will be in communication weekly starting April 1st to give any updates even if the status hasn't changed.

In the mean time we encourage you to get outside at home with your player(s) and have a catch.
